Job summary

NVIDIA's Connectivity Software team in India is seeking a skilled technical program manager to help deliver on the company’s inspiring software roadmap. You will collaborate across teams to plan work, align roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of software, drivers, and firmware supporting NVIDIA chipsets.

You will balance urgent milestones with long-term process improvements, track metrics, and coordinate with hardware, release planning, customers, and external partners to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience delivering software products.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work on aligning NVIDIA's SoC and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities
• Keep the team on track by coordinating dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps
• Be empowered to make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups
• Collaborate closely with hardware, release planning, customers, and industry partners giving you a complete picture of software at NVIDIA
• Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems
• Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency
• Manage technical and program-level interactions with external partners and vendors, ensuring alignment on requirements, dependencies, schedules, and deliverables.

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term steps towards improving planning, processes, and team capabilities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge of SOC, IO peripherals or CPU project management
• Past experience as a software developer
• Background in Networking protocols, PCIe, USB, machine learning, or accelerated computing
• Experience with software productivity tools and process automation
