Job summary

NVIDIA in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to align the SoC and product roadmap with software capacity and to balance global priorities. You will coordinate dependencies across teams and empower prioritization decisions that represent the group.

You will collaborate with hardware, release planning, customers, and partners to get a complete view of software at NVIDIA and develop new methods to streamline planning. Strong metrics-driven execution is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management delivering software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery with long-term improvement of planning, processes, and team capabilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Work on aligning NVIDIA's SoC and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities
• Keep the team on track by coordinating dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps
• Be empowered to make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups
• Collaborate closely with hardware, release planning, customers, and industry partners giving you a complete picture of software at NVIDIA
• Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems
• Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency
• Manage technical and program-level interactions with external partners and vendors, ensuring alignment on requirements, dependencies, schedules, and deliverables

What we need to see:

• 8+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term steps towards improving planning, processes, and team capabilities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge of SOC, IO peripherals or CPU project management
• Past experience as a software developer
• Background in Networking protocols, PCIe, USB, machine learning, or accelerated computing
• Experience with software productivity tools and process automation
