As a Sr.Technical Lead,Software Engineeringwould deliver value to customers through implementation, technical configurations, and providing technical recommendations and solutions to business problems. They shape and improve the experience of key Vertafore clients. They work cross-functionally across Vertafore, including Customer Support, Account Management, Professional Services, Product Development and Product Management to help guide the client. You will be hands on, involved in designing solutions and flexible services that expose core capabilities to different applications and user bases, and leading teams to achieve the vision through active mentoring, technical decision-making, and facilitating company-wide collaboration. All of this will be accomplished with cutting edge, lean-agile, software development methodologies. CoreRequirements andResponsibilities:

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

• Requires to be a release engineer to ensure all the configurations to be deployed in all the implementation environments and maintain the health of the environments.
• Work on performance issues that come across during the customer experience and ensure to implement the changes required
• Need to ensure all the committed timelines are met as defined
• Need to be able to coordinate with other teams across the Vertafore/Vendor(s) to ensure that the task which requires investigation are completed on time
