Job summary

Vertafore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join an energetic mobile agile team, hands-on with designing and delivering mobile software products. You will mentor teammates, drive technical decisions, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and quality.

Responsibilities include implementing new features, supporting existing ones, and troubleshooting the stack from DB to UI. Strong knowledge of MS SQL, SSIS, T-SQL and React is expected, with AI tooling familiarity being a plus.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of MS SQL, SSIS, T-SQL.
• Exposure to Github Copilot or any AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript and React.
• Experience with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and fix existing ones.

As a Senior Software Engineer embedded in an energetic mobile agile team of Software and QA Engineers, you will lead the team in creating mobile software products utilizing state of the art technologies. You will be hands on, involved in designing mobile applications and flexible services that expose core capabilities to different applications and user bases, and leading teams to achieve the vision through active mentoring, technical decision-making, and facilitating company-wide collaboration. All of this will be accomplished with cutting edge, lean-agile, software development methodologies.
