Job summary

SVAAPTA IT-ALLY SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd in Vadodara is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead (Laravel) to guide the technical team and ensure on-time delivery of complex projects, while driving metrics for process improvements.

You will define technical requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and lead project planning, estimation, and risk management. 5–7 years of Laravel/PHP experience is required.

• Responsible for ensuring Technical Team follows requirements, change and release.

• Create Work Break down structure, assign resources and tracks progress.
• Lead Technical Projects with deliverable, deadlines, and key milestones.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and internal teams and resolve road blocks.
• Maintain Product Backlog, define sprints / iterations, prioritizes User requirements and define release plan.
