Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Data Visualization Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise dashboards using Power BI, DAX, and the Microsoft BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS). You will translate complex business requirements into insightful, data‑driven visuals.

Responsibilities include building complex data models, KPIs, reports, ETL processes, and governance, while collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and performance.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in BI and data visualization.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with MSBI technologies: SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with report scheduling, subscriptions, and security models.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Visualization Engineer with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and the Microsoft BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS). The candidate will design, develop, and optimize enterprise reporting and analytics solutions, transforming complex business requirements into impactful dashboards and insights. Exposure to Microsoft Fabric Data Analyst capabilities is preferred.
