Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Analyst to join its Hyderabad/Hybrid team. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical business analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in writing SQL, PL/SQL; familiar with Agile, Waterfall or Scrum.
• Knowledge of database design, data analysis, and data modeling techniques.
• Familiar with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python.
• Experience with AI technologies 2-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Perform systems analysis and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to integrate new systems and technologies.
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of existing IT systems and applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and performance optimization.
• Implement and enforce best practices for system administration and support.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies on new technologies and solutions.
• Recommend and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations.

Experience : 5-7 Years

Education Requirements: Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's degree in computer science, informationtechnology, engineering, or related field.

Additional Specifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst, Go-to-Market technologies , system analyst or similar role and 2-3 Years of experience in AI Technologies.
• Proficient in writing SQL, PL/SQL code.
• Familiar with various software development methodologies, such as agile, waterfall, or scrum.
• Knowledge of database design, data analysis, and data modeling techniques.
• Familiar with one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
