Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst for Hyderabad/Hybrid work arrangements. The role requires 5–7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.

You will conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements, translate them into technical specs, design and develop technical solutions, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Job Responsibilities

Title : Senior Technical Analyst

Location : Hyderabad/Hybrid

Experience : 5-7 Years

Education Requirements: Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Perform systems analysis and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to integrate new systems and technologies.
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of existing IT systems and applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and performance optimization.
• Implement and enforce best practices for system administration and support.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies on new technologies and solutions.
• Recommend and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations.

Additional Specifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst, Go-to-Market technologies, system analyst or similar role and 2-3 Years of experience in AI Technologies.
• Proficient in writing SQL, PL/SQL code.
• Familiar with various software development methodologies, such as agile, waterfall, or scrum.
• Knowledge of database design, data analysis, and data modeling techniques.
• Familiar with one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
