Job summary

Syneos Health in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst with Oracle Fusion experience to optimize and support financial systems. The role operates on a hybrid model with a second-shift schedule (2 pm–11 pm IST), based in Madhapur, with 2–3 office days weekly.

• 4-6 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion area.
• 8-10 years of overall work experience in related fields.
• Deep understanding of core financial modules – General Ledger (GL), Intercompany (IC), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA) of Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience in working with FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) is preferred.
• Experience with workflow and BPM.
• Experience with configuring Cloud ERP modules of above-mentioned modules end to end.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Project Lifecycle: Experience with full implementation cycles (Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support).
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio) and understanding of data/logs.
• Experience in working with AI Agents is highly preferrable

Job Description: Functional Finance (Record To Report)

The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing and supporting financial systems to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role involves working on complex financial processes and system integrations, requiring strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to design solutions for multifaceted business challenges. The position serves as a liaison between Finance, IT, and other business units, providing technical expertise, process improvements, and system enhancements to meet organizational goals.

Shift/ Location: This role will work a hybrid work schedule. Candidates should be available to work 2- 3 days a week in our Hyderabad, India office space. The work shift will be 2 pm- 11 pm IST.
