Job summary

YASH Technologies invites experienced professionals to join as Automation Infrastructure Admins. You will manage UIPath platform infrastructure, orchestrator components, SQL databases, and Power Platform environments across dev/test/prod.

The role includes patching, security vaulting, and governance to ensure reliable automation services. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Wintel and 5+ years in UIPath admin, with 3+ years in Power Platform; cloud familiarity (Azure/GCP/AWS) and ITIL process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wintel administration.
• 5+ years of experience in UIPath platform infrastructure administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Power Platform administration including, Power Automation administration and configuration, robot setup and CoE toolkit implementation.
• Compliance reporting and governance alignment across UiPath and Power Platform.
• Administrative experience in virtualization and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS).
• Familiar with ITIL incident, request, change, and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Administer UIPath platform infrastructure including Orchestrator, Robots, SQL databases and adjacent Power Platform environments.
• Install, configure, and manage RPA platforms and ensure patching and stability.
• Manage identity and access using CyberArk and AD gMSA integration.
• Implement governance, CoE Toolkit, and ALM best practices within Power Platform.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities for UIPath/Power Platform Infrastructure Admin

UIPath platform infrastructure

• At least 5 years of experience in Wintel administration including Onprem, Cloud, Virtualization, Container, Networking, Active Directory, Entra, DNS, Group Policy, SSL, Firewall, Disaster recovery
• At least 5 years’ experience in Installing, configuring and managing RPA platform as administrator in UIPath
• Strong understanding of UIPath platform Architecture and Its components like Orchestrator, Robots, Studio, Assistant, credential vault, storage bucket, AI Center, Document understanding, Insight, Process mining, Automation Hub etc..
• Environment setup and configuration for UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, SQL databases, and Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
• Patch management and upgrades for UiPath and Microsoft infrastructure, ensuring compliance and stability
• Credential vaulting and secure access management using CyberArk and AD gMSA integration

Power Platform Administration

• At least 5 years’ experience in Installing, configuring and managing RPA platform as administrator in Power Platform
• Responsible for administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Power Platform environment
• Administration of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
• Managing users, capacity, and licensing using the Power Platform admin centre
• Implementation, configuration and manage of Power platform CoE Toolkit
• Implement Microsoft Power Platform ALM best practices
• Experience in setting up Core, governance, nurture, theming, innovation backlog modules.
• Enforcement of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and least‑privilege access principles

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wintel administration and Microsoft technologies
• 5+ years of experience in UIPath platform infrastructure administration
• 3+ years of experience in Power platform administration including, Power Automation administration and configuration, robot setup and CoE toolkit implementation
• Compliance reporting and governance alignment across UiPath and Power Platform
• Administrative experience in any Virtualization and Cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS) with RPA infrastructure management
• Should have experience in ITIL principles in Incident, Request, Change and Problem management
• Responsible to work towards achieving the SLA metrics and align with business
• Experience is monitoring the Robots and raise Incidents for process failures based on the process criticality
• Should have experience in troubleshooting, resolving RPA Environmental issues that arises AND handling Bot failures and perform RCA
• Should have experience in Managing users and License for UIPath and Power Platform
• Experience RPA platform Migration and upgrade
• Should have experience in SQL DB related troubleshooting in the RPA platform
• Knowledge of creating, assigning roles and account creation for RPA users in Orchestrator
• Responsible to build and propose transformational RPA services to customers, identify triggers, identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customers
• High degree of commitment and goal orientation is a must and must be willing to adjust to the demands of a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Coordinating with OEM and 3rd Party vendor support and other Teams to resolve complex issues
• Should have good communication skills to connect with other teams
• Participant in daily status calls, Weekly status, and Monthly Business review meetings
• Experience in DevOps methodology, building deployment pipeline, release management
• Support for bot go live to production following Change management and CAB approval process
• Exposure to and familiarity with multiple systems environments, SDLC, ITIL methodology, DevOps and ALM
• Experience identity and access management
• Experience with large complex technical projects
• Effective troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Adapt priorities to maintain multiple in-progress assignments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
