• Experienced Windows Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
• Proficient in managing Active Directory including users, groups, OUs, and Group Policy (GPO)
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper‑V
• Skilled in deploying and managing web applications using Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure, including hybrid environment integration
• Experienced in storage management (SAN/NAS) and capacity planning
• Proficient in implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Windows Backup, etc.)
• Strong understanding of system security, access control, and patch management
• Expertise in troubleshooting server, network, and application issues in production environments
• Skilled in automation using PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks
• Experience in monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability
• Ability to handle L2/L3 support and critical incident management
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
