Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Senior Support Engineer (L2) to join our team. The role focuses on production support for ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI, operating in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts.

The successful candidate will perform advanced troubleshooting across data platforms, execute reruns and restarts, validate data, and provide detailed diagnostic information during escalations to ensure quick restoration of services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake and PBI in production environments.
• Ability to operate in a 24x7 support model with rotating shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting across data platforms and workflows.
• Ability to provide complete diagnostic information during escalation.
