Job summary

Lennox in Chennai, India, seeks an experienced ERP/SAP EHS professional to translate business objectives into a scalable architecture. You will define use cases, lead POC efforts, assess risks, and drive solutions through the SDLC, ensuring quality and alignment with manufacturing and logistics needs.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP/SAP environments, strong DG knowledge, and excellent communication and presentation skills; travel may be required as per business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems and other application systems, equipment capacity, limitations and operation time.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as EWM or TMS.
• Must communicate effectively with end users and IT staff, as well as business management.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the business use cases to support the operational business initiative
• Define use cases for POC (proof of concept), as appropriate
• Identify and communicate risks (business, application, technical) associated with component or application implementation at the business level, and enterprise level
• Participate in business and architecture planning sessions and anticipate future changes
• Devise solutions, solution architecture descriptions, and governance of their implementation
• Translate business objectives and processes into a conceptual architecture describing functional and non-functional requirements
• Accountable for quality of the solution through the SDLC process
• Document the as-is business process and use value stream mapping techniques to identify bottlenecks
• Lead experiences with SAP EHS concepts, Goods Management, Basic Data and Reporting, and Product Safety Management
• Experience with Integration with Handling Units, LE, DG check and master data
• Strong motivation, self-starter, team-player with ability to deliver within timelines
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Advanced skills in preparing and delivering presentations
• Willing to travel periodically based on business need

Job Description

• Experience working on Integration with Handling Units, LE, DG check and master data .
