Job summary

Lennox International India is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Analyst with 2–4 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations. The role requires collaborating with stakeholders for requirements gathering, design, configuration, and deployment of scalable EWM solutions.

The candidate should have end-to-end project experience, strong communication, and ability to translate business needs into functional specs. Exposure to Azure DevOps and MS Project is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedSAPFunctional Analystwith2to4yearsofexpertisein SAPExtended Warehouse Management(EWM), ideally with exposure to S/4HANAEWMimplementations. Experience Required

-2to4years of hands-on experience in SAPS/4 EWMimplementation, including at leastonecomplete end-to-end lifecycleimplementation

Critical Skillsrequired:

• Possess solid knowledge in SAP EWM Mater Data integrations, Inbound, Outbound and Internal Movements warehouseprocesses


• Experienced in SAP EWM configuration and custom development, including storage strategies, handling unit management, wave management, inbound/outbound processes, warehouse operations, exception handling, PPF, queue/task management, and RF mobile solutions.


• Having knowledge in EWM Integration with ECC Logistics Execution and Inventory Management


• Must havegood communicationskills and be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Job Duties

• Translate business requirements into system scopeand functional designs


• Manage end-to-end delivery across all phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support


• Mentor development teams and promote consistent application of development standards and methodologies


• Document key processes, milestones, and solution designs to ensure knowledge continuity


• Enable and educate stakeholders onEWMworkflows, business processes, and reporting capabilities


• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver business value


• Apply Agile methodologies andleveragetools such as Azure DevOps and MS Project to manage delivery

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.Demonstrates moderate technical knowledge of assigned systems and SAP. Working knowledge of specific SAP modules such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) or Transportation Management and Logistics (TMS). Working knowledge of relational database concepts, client-server concepts, and industry requirements. Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
