Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Specialist - F&A - AP to lead a large Accounts Payable team in India. The role focuses on maintaining SLA/KPI targets, reviewing day-to-day AP activities, and coordinating with business accounting and partners to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a finance-related degree, strong AP knowledge, and experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday, plus English at advanced level. Night shifts in office setting are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's in Finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Fluency in English (Advanced - C1).
• Night shift in India; office-based.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team.
• Ensure baseline values adherence for all SLA-KPI & CPI.
• Review invoicing, audit requests, analysis within accounts payable.
• Manage close timelines and communicate deadlines.
• Harmonize with Business Accounting and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Support metrics reporting for the process.
• People management including hiring and mentoring the team.
• Participate in governance calls with stakeholders.
• Own projects and drive outcomes.

Job Description

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team
• Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI
• Review the team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process
• Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines
• Harmonize with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process
• People Management – be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team
• Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders
• Participate and own projects and drive outcomes
