Job summary

Expleo is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect with 12–15 years of experience to lead end-to-end Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC) solutioning for enterprise clients.

The role covers architecture, design, governance, and large-scale deployments, including upgrade strategies and integrations. You will define standards, review feasibility, and produce comprehensive design artifacts for successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field required.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture and AWC.
• Experience with declarative customization and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Teamcenter solution architecture and implementation activities.
• Analyze customer requirements and design scalable AWC-based solutions.
• Define governance standards and architecture guidelines for Teamcenter deployments.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and solution reviews.
• Prepare design documents, diagrams, and implementation strategies.
• Design and implement customized AWC solutions aligned with business processes.
• Architect user experiences and workflows using AWC capabilities.
• Drive AWC roadmap, upgrade strategy, and customization approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for AWC enhancements and integrations.
• Configure and customize Active Workspace to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain commands, panels, declarative configuration, and table configurations.
• Create and manage custom views, summaries, and user-specific experiences.
• Implement Classification-related configurations within AWC.

He/She has successfully led the transition from RAC to AWC for multiple customers, including an industrial manufacturing company. This assingment is initially 6 months and extendable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
