The Role

We are looking for a Senior React.js Developer with a proven track record in developing highly dynamic and performant UIs. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of React.js, including advanced features like React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and performance optimizations to ensure fast load times. Experience with logger tools and debugging techniques is a must.

The incumbent will be required to ascertain that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. The incumbent will have to coordinate with rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure to ensure smooth delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ownership for self and team on deliverables.
• Mentoring and reviewing team’s tasks and assignments.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Educational Requirements / Experience

• B. Tech/ MCA from a reputed institute/ University.
• The candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Knowledge

• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio with proven UI experience.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end build pipelines and tools.
• Quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
• Contributing to client relationships as needed per project need.
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
