Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interface components using React JS.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality, reusable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are applied.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate front‑end components with server‑side logic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on experience with React JS.
• Strong understanding of front‑end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with server‑side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
