Job summary

Tilda Research is seeking a Sr Level Back-End Software Engineer in India to scale our infrastructure and data services. You will build scalable backend services using Go and Python, design containerized microservices with Kubernetes, and optimize Neo4j databases while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You should have 5+ years of backend experience at a product-based company, strong Go and Python skills, and a background in API development (REST/GraphQL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) required.
• M.Tech/M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Go and Python.
• Experience with databases such as Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL.
• Proficient in API development and testing (REST or GraphQL).

• Build scalable back-end services using Go and Python
• Design and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes
• Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops
• Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation
• Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows in a cloud-native (GCP) environment

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) and M.Tech/M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution.
• 3+ years of experience with Go and Python
• Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc
• Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)
