Job summary

YASH Technologies is hiring for an IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure – IBM Integrations Developer in Bangalore, India. You will design and maintain integrations using IBM DataPower and ACE, collaborating with business partners to gather requirements and deploy solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT experience, strong AWS/DataPower/ACE expertise, and a proven ability to implement secure, scalable integrations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, incident management, or SRE roles.
• IBM MQ, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Git, DevSecOps, scripting (Python/Bash).
• Serverless API architectures using EventBridge, step functions, lambdas, CDK/terraform/cloud formation (IaC) using Python, GitHub.
• Migration Strategy: Assess existing on-premises DataPower and ACE workloads and define technical strategies for their migration, modernization, or replacement on the AWS cloud.
• Implementation on AWS: Deploy and configure DataPower/ACE Virtual or Container Editions (e.g., in a Docker/Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS environment).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills under pressure.
• Deep understanding of ITIL incident/problem/change processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Major Incident Management and Notify integrations.
• Ability to interpret telemetry and observability data (e.g., OpenTelemetry, synthetic monitoring).

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations using IBM DataPower (MPGW, XML Firewall, API Gateway) and ACE (message flows, ESQL, JavaCompute).
• Build secure connections for internal apps and third-party partners (REST, SOAP, MQ, SFTP).
• Maintain platforms: apply patches, perform upgrades, monitor health, and optimize performance.
• Manage TLS certificate lifecycle: CSRs, imports, renewals, and deployment across environments.
• Implement security policies: mTLS, OAuth/JWT, rate limiting, schema validation, and threat protection.
• Automate deployments via CI/CD; manage configuration bundles and BAR files.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs/traces; ensure SLA compliance and high availability.
• Document API specs, integration patterns, and operational runbooks.

Responsibilities
