Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS/NodeJS and JavaScript.
• Proven experience working on frontend initiatives and driving requirements end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture patterns, including: Micro Frontends Single Page Applications (SPA) Module Federation
• Hands-on experience with modern bundlers and build tools such as: Webpack Rollup Vite
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong experience with unit testing frameworks and frontend testing methodologies.
• Good understanding and implementation experience of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices.
• Strong understanding of scalable frontend application design and component-driven development.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including AWS Lambda and serverless architectures
• Experience implementing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) solutions using frameworks such as Next.js.

What You Will Do :

• Participate/drive application performance improvements by measuring and optimizing Core Web Vitals, including FCP (First Contentful Paint) and LCP (Largest Contentful Paint).
• Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical leadership for modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

What You Will Need :

A strong software engineering professional with 4+ years of experience building enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Must Have :

• 4+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS/NodeJS and JavaScript.
