Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of standard mode of measurement, BOQ preambles, and BBS.
• Experience in preparing monthly client bills and sub-contractor billing.
• Familiar with Bill of Quantities, cost estimation and material reconciliation.
• Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
• Experience with residential apartments and commercial buildings preferred.

• Compute and reconcile quantities with BOQ, cost estimates, and materials.
