Job summary

NAC Buildcon Pune is seeking an experienced civil engineer to manage a site independently and handle client and subcontractor billing. The role involves preparing BOQs, tender documents, and technical specs, with emphasis on high-rise construction methods and Mivan shuttering.

The ideal candidate has 6–7 years in civil engineering, with a diploma or B.E./B.Tech from a recognized institution, and strong on-site leadership across excavation, foundation, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
• 6-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience with high rise buildings, mivan shuttering systems, and real estate construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications for billing purposes.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate estimation of materials required for construction projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify issues affecting timelines or budgets.
• Develop detailed cost estimates based on quantity surveys, labor costs, material requirements, and other factors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs regarding building designs, finishes, fixtures & fittings, etc.
• Submit bills on the due date and verify bills with the client team.

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications for billing purposes.
  
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate estimation of materials required for construction projects.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues affecting project timelines or budgets.
  
• Develop detailed cost estimates based on quantity surveys, labor costs, material requirements, and other relevant factors.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding building designs, finishes, fixtures & fittings (FF&F), etc.
  
• 6-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in high rise buildings, mivan shuttering systems, real estate construction methods.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of building construction processes including excavation work; foundation laying; plumbing; electrical installations; interior fit-out works; finishing works.
