Job summary

3D Engineering Automation LLP in Chennai is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth by implementing a strong, sustainable sales strategy. You will conduct market research, build client relationships, and deliver techno-commercial proposals.

The role requires 3-5 years in product sales, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset. A mechanical engineering background and MBA are preferred; join a dynamic team focused on growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven experience in product sales.
• Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge to position company and product solution to prospects

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers
• Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results
• Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team
• Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team
• Presales activities – study of markets and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal and presales technical teams to help generate demand, participate in events to generate demand, Update CRM on timely manner
• Sales – Make techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals in benefit of the organization, coordinate with principals and customers, complete necessary documentation
• Post Sales – own up customer support, coordinate with internal and principal’s teams, Timely recovery of payment
