Job summary

NexTurn Inc. is seeking a senior RPA developer with 6+ years of experience to design and deploy complex automation workflows using UiPath and related AI components.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and process owners to blend structured RPA with context-driven AI capabilities. Ideal candidates will have UiPath platform expertise, experience with Apps, AI Centre, and multi-agent orchestration, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of RPA development experience, including UiPath (3+ with UiPath).
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred.
• REST/SOAP APIs integration, SQL database management, and data handling.
• Experience with UiPath Apps, Action Centre, and AI Centre.
• Knowledge of agentic process automation and multi-agent orchestration.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath platform features (REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues).
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI components (autonomous agents, LLM-based orchestration, RAG, ReAct-style agents) into end-to-end automation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate complex business processes, blending structured RPA with AI.
• Implement document understanding, NLP models, and AI-driven classification for workflow intelligence.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute reusable components, libraries, and best practices.
• Ensure automation meets security, scalability, performance, and auditability standards.
