The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

• 8+ years of technical development experience, including in an architect role with progressively increasing levels of scope.
• Extensive past experience and knowledge of Ruby on Rails
• Experience with Linux and managing and deploying self-managed production systems
• Willingness to work in an AI-assisted development environment. You should be open to using modern tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment.
• Comfortable working in a compact, high-performance team. You should be self-driven and capable of managing complex architectures without requiring a large support team.
• Ability to contribute towards the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise eCommerce applications (cloud-based and dedicated).
• Strong analytical skills with a product-first mindset.
