• Lead coordination with third-party testing laboratories and provide strategic guidance to planning team on testing methodologies and laboratory capabilities.
• Own remediation from test result receipt through resolution, including rapid response to failed tests, corrective action implementation, and systemic issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams on operational execution and framework implementation across multiple workstreams.
• Establish metrics reporting frameworks, track remediation outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and trend analysis.

You will be responsible for translating technical requirements into operational reality while ensuring rapid response to safety risks and quality issues across multiple product categories and regions.

About the team

This role is critical to establishing and scaling our surveillance strategy, coordinating with testing laboratories, and ensuring rapid, effective response to safety risks that protect customers globally.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions
• Experience with laboratory testing processes, testing methodologies, or quality control procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, project management, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, finance and/or consulting
• Experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics
• Background working with third-party testing laboratories or expertise in testing protocols (microbiological, chemical, molecular)
• Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and drive adoption of new processes across diverse stakeholder groups
