The Opportunity:
As Senior Associate of Commercial Incentives and Compensation, you will administer and support day-to-day compensation operations for our commercial organization. In this role, you will work closely with the HR, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to coordinate and ensure sales commissions and other variable incentives are accurate, complete, and paid on-time. You will also play an integral role in the development and maintenance of systems that drive an efficient compensation management process.
