Job summary

Laxmi Dental Limited is seeking a Senior QC Executive to lead quality control across RM, PM, and FG, ensuring strict adherence to standards and zero-defect output. The role involves hands-on instrument handling and mentoring junior team members.

You will drive CAPA, collaborate with Production to cut defects, and maintain comprehensive quality documentation while supporting audits. Monday–Saturday work is involved.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Plastics / Mechanical / Polymer Engineering or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in QC for plastic manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and inspection of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).
• Oversee in-process, online, and pre-dispatch inspection to ensure zero-defect output.
• Review and validate test reports and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
• Operate, calibrate, and ensure proper utilization of MFI, UTM, Brookfield Viscometer, Izod Impact Tester, Density Meter, Environmental Test Chamber, Moisture Analyzer, Hardness Tester, Vernier Caliper & Micrometer.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration schedules are followed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and reduce rejection rates.
• Analyze root causes and implement CAPA.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and batch logs.
• Prepare for and support internal/external audits.
• Monitor compliance with company quality standards and industry practices.
• Guide and mentor QC Executives/Inspectors; allocate work and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Stores, R&D).
• Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and dashboards.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QC Executive to lead and strengthen quality control operations across raw materials, in-process stages, and finished goods. The role requires strong technical expertise in testing methodologies, hands-on experience with advanced instruments, and the ability to drive process improvements in plastic manufacturing (injection & extrusion molding). The candidate will also mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Testing & Inspection:

• Ensure accurate maintenance of quality records, reports, and batch logs.

Team Handling & Coordination:

• Guide and mentor QC Executives/Inspectors.
• Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Stores, R&D).

Software & Reporting:

• Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointfor reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Generate MIS reports and quality dashboards for management review.
