Job summary

Bloom Packaging in India requires an Executive QC to monitor incoming materials, in-process quality, and final product standards. The role emphasizes maintaining QC data, implementing quality systems, and training operators to ensure defect-free outputs across blow molding and injection processes. Daman and Jammu locations, immediate requirement.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of quality procedures in the plastics industry.
• Mandatory HSC/10+2 in Science with Diploma from CIPET.
• Graduate candidates also acceptable.
• Knowledge of online QC procedures and plastics processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming raw materials, job work, and packing materials against relevant standards.
• Ensure product quality during in-process, printing, packaging and dispatch in every shift.
• Maintain data and documents related to Quality Department; housekeeping of QC laboratory and equipment.
• Implement Quality Systems and norms from time to time.
• Conduct in-house trials of master batch, raw material and compatibility testing.
• Train machine operators for QC checks.
• Attend to customer complaints and resolve quality-related issues.

Position : Executive QC

Location : Daman and Jammu for both

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE : - 3 - 6 Years Experience in Manufacturing Plant for

Plastic Related Industry

(1-3 yeras of relevant Experience as QC Executives/ Trainee in

Plastic Industry (Blow Molding and Injection Moulding or Injection Blow Molding Operations)

Thorough knowledge of Quality Procedures of the Plastic Processing Industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

Mandatory HSC or 10 + 2 Pattern in Science, with Diploma from CIPET - Quality norms as per Indian Standards.

Graduate

Preferred - - Knowledge of the Online QC procedures and systems.

- Knowledge of Plastics and Plastics processing.

- Computer skills is added Advantage.

Job Responsibility:-

Checking of Incoming Raw Materials, Job work and Packing Materials using various relevant Standards.

Ensure the Product Quality during in-process, Printing, packaging and Dispatch in Each Shifts.

Maintenance of all the data and documents related to Quality Department. Maintenance & House Keeping of QC Laboratory as well as all the Equipment.

Implementation of the Quality Systems and norms from Time to Time.

Conduct the In-house Trials of the New Master batch, Raw Material and Compatibility testing.

Training of the Machine Operator for the QC Checks

Attending to the Customer Complaint and Resolving the Quality Related Complains.
