We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Quality Analyst with 4+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, leading QA initiatives, improving testing processes, and mentoring junior QA team members. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and reliable HRMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, track and verify bugs and issues using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and business teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Lead QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Review business and technical requirements to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Ensure product quality, performance, usability and security standards are maintained.
• Conduct API testing and database validation where required.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis and release discussions.
• Improve QA processes, testing methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members and review their work.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare test execution reports, QA documentation and release sign‑offs.
• Support automation testing initiatives and contribute towards continuous improvement in QA practices.
