Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong domain knowledge in P&C Insurance (US market preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using GenAI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude) to create test cases, automate, and summarize results.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and validating GenAI-generated SQL, insights, and narratives.
• Awareness of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governed enterprise LLM use.
• Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive bug/enhancement requests.
• Experience testing DWH data models, data marts, and dashboards.
• Understanding source-to-target mapping (ETL specs) and report specifications.
• Ability to support User Acceptance Testing and production bugs.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST).
• Ability to work independently and own end-to-end deliverables.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• AI tools experience is a bonus.

Bolt is looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to join our growing team within the BOLT AI & Analytics group . Our product is a complex, multi-tenant, web-based SaaS platform built on microservices architecture.

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our analytics-driven solutions. You will work closely with business and technology teams to validate data products, ensure seamless user experiences, and support the development of next-generation Insurtech solutions.

You would be working with Tech & Business team to build the next gen Insure tech data solutions. In addition, you will have opportunities to explore insurance domain from end to end along with exposure to niche technologies like cloud computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, self-service analytics, data services and many more

Qualifications

• Must have good domain knowledge in P&C Insurance (Preferably in US Market).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using GenAI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude) to create testcases, automate it and summarize the test execution results.
• Should have proficiency in writing SQL queries and pull ad-hoc data. Ability to validate and refine GenAI-generated SQL, insights, and narratives, ensuring accuracy and alignment with source data.
• Awareness of responsible AI usage, including data privacy, hallucination checks, and governed use of enterprise LLMs.
• Should be able to handle multiple time sensitive bugs/enhancements requests
• Should have experience in testing DWH data models, data marts and Dashboards
• Should have experience in understanding source to target mapping (ETL specs), report specifications.
• Work with business analysts, developers, and product teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
