Forcepoint is seeking a Senior Project Manager in India (Maharashtra/Thane) within Services to drive customer success across reactive support and proactive services. You will serve as the liaison between deployment teams and internal stakeholders, owning client relationships and project delivery success.
You will onboard new projects, manage multiple deployments, communicate status weekly, and lead reviews with executives. Strong PM, Salesforce/PSA experience required.

The Senior Project Manager within Services ensures customer success, focusing both on reactive support and proactive services to enable customers to successfully deploy their Forcepoint solution set. The role serves as a liaison between the deployment team and other Forcepoint internal teams during deployment, owning the relationship and sharing responsibility for success.
