Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a project manager to define and manage IT infrastructure projects. You will lead multi-project delivery, drive governance, monitor risks, and manage budgets while communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading kick-offs, planning, execution, and closure, and ensuring alignment with VOC/VOB/CCR and developing a robust WBS to mitigate program risk. 2–4 years of experience required.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Lead the project team through kick-off, planning, execution, and closure phases.

• Perform stakeholder management and provide ongoing project updates.

• Interpret & communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of Business (VOB), and Critical Customer Requirements (CCR) to develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to reduce program risk and enhance project schedule quality.
• Function independently in leading a large, diverse program or project planning session.
• Ability to adjust plan to evolving business needs

Basic Qualifications
