Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a Power Platform migration expert to assess and migrate InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows, while redeveloping forms with PowerApps and optimizing workflows through Power Automate.

You will design integrated PowerApps solutions, build flows, and collaborate with business users, delivering tested deployments and end-user training across the organization. Strong governance and REST API knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows (4-5 projects).
• Experience managing SharePoint sites using PowerShell.
• Expertise in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate (4-5 projects).
• Experience with SharePoint Online, modern lists/libraries and JSON-based form customizations.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and data integrations in Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience migrating legacy workflows to Power Automate and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and process optimization.
• Knowledge of migration tools Sharegate, Metalogix, etc.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows (must have worked on at least 4-5 projects involving these technologies).
• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites using PowerShell.
• Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas Apps and Model driven apps) and Power Automate (must have worked on at least 4-5 projects involving these technologies).
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including modern lists, libraries, and JSON-based form customizations.

• Experience using Sharegate for content migration is a plus.
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
