About the Role

As a Sr. Program Sales & Event Management Executive, you will be the welcoming voice for those seeking transformation at Zorba the Buddha. Key Responsibilities

• Program Sales: Respond to inquiries, manage registrations, close sales and ensure a smooth, heartfelt experience from first contact to arrival.
• Event Management: Manage weekly events, retreats, and festivals from start to finish with seamless coordination and excellence.
• Guest Relations: Welcome and engage walk‑in guests, offering guided tours and helping them find meaningful programs.

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of experience in sales, guest relations, or counselling within retreats, hospitality, or wellness settings.
• A warm, empathetic communication style and the ability to connect with diverse people.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a friendly, approachable presence.
• A personal mindfulness or meditation practice is a plus.
• Genuine passion for helping others discover joyful, life‑enriching experiences.
• Excellent English and Hindi language skills.
