Amazon in Bengaluru is seeking a Program Manager to join the Worldwide Gift Card Fraud Prevention team. You will partner with Payment Risk, Gift Card Engineering, Account Integrity, and regional business teams to drive fraud and abuse prevention programs across 17 marketplaces.
You will own cross-functional coordination across four areas: fraud investigations, mitigation actions such as machine learning and rule deployments, brand-level risk monitoring, and operational reporting.
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Worldwide Gift Card Fraud Prevention team in Bangalore. You will partner with Payment Risk (BRP), Gift Card Engineering, Account Integrity, and regional business teams to drive fraud and abuse prevention programs across 17 marketplaces. You will own cross-functional coordination across four areas: fraud investigations, mitigation actions such as machine learning and rule deployments, brand-level risk monitoring, and operational reporting. You will act as a thought leader who influences the roadmap and prioritization for the risk and analytics teams. Working from incomplete signals, you will form a view on where exposure is growing and shape the investment response, including where to adjust selection and purchase limits to address it. This is a high-visibility role, with regular exposure to senior leadership through monthly and quarterly business reviews.
