Amazon India seeks a Senior Program Manager to own multiple cost reduction programs, including rejects reduction, salability improvements, and abuse prevention. You will manage requirements, track metrics, and lead initiatives across stakeholder teams to keep metrics under control.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will own multiple cost reduction programs for Amazon India such as rejects reduction, salability improvements, and abuse prevention. You will be responsible for managing requirements, tracking metrics, and identifying and executing initiatives to keep those metrics under control across various Amazon India stakeholder teams.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to design strategies, establish goals and monitor progress regularly. Your program management and analytical skills will help optimize processes, identify emerging opportunities of cost reduction and abuse Modus Operandi (MOs), and benchmark our performance.
