Job summary

KION Group in Pune, India seeks a Senior Professional & technical lead for Contract Lifecycle Management (Icertis) to own architecture, integrations, and operations for an Oct 2026 go-live. You will define the CLM roadmap and oversee end-to-end delivery from requirements to post go-live support.

Expect to drive complex integrations (SAP, MDG, Azure, Adobe e-sign), design IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years CLM, Icertis architecture, development and support experience.
• Experience delivering global implementations with SAP MDG, SSO/IAM, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Adobe e-sign.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and data models.
• Strong communication skills; ability to coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Sales teams.

Job description

Senior Professional & technical lead for our Contract Lifecycle Management systems, will be responsible for architecture, integrations, development, administration and operational ownership of the Icertis CLM platform. You will lead define the overarching CLM roadmap, and end-to-end delivery—from technical requirements and solution design through implementation, cutover and post go live support for an Icertis go-live scheduled October 2026.

We offer:

• Lead architecture and technical roadmap for Icertis, ensuring readiness for Oct 2026 go-live and ongoing production operations.
• Drive and deliver complex integrations (design, build, test, deploy) between Icertis and enterprise systems including SAP (ECC / S/4HANA), SAP MDG, Microsoft apps (Azure AD, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365), Adobe (Sign/Document workflows) and downstream ERP/Finance systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data/metadata models, API contract definitions, and mapping for contract ingestion and lifecycle processes.
• Implement integration patterns using middleware/ESB, APIs, message queues or batch ETL as appropriate; own error handling and reconciliation strategies.
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, containerization/AKS deployments and IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep) for Icertis components and integration services.
• Define and enforce governance: security, RBAC (Azure AD), data protection, audit trails, and change-control for CLM configuration and integrations.
• Lead UAT, integration testing, go-live cutover planning and execution; author rollback plans and runbooks; coordinate cutover with SAP, MDG and other app owners.
• Provide L2/L3 support post-go-live; lead incident response, RCA and long-term remediation to reduce MTTR.
• Mentor and guide developer/admin teams; review designs and code; establish standards for configuration, customization and documentation.
• Engage directly with Legal, Procurement, Sales and Supplier/Customer stakeholders to ensure solution meets CLM business processes for both customers and suppliers.

Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials.

10+ years CLM, Icertis architecture, development and support expertise Icertis certifications: Administrator, architect Proven track record with global implementations including integrations with HCM, SAP-MDG, SSO/IAM, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Adobe e sign. Excellent communication skills. Flexible work schedule is required, Work in global timezones however, primarily US based timezones.
