To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, dynamic and driven people. If you'd like to help us build an environment where our customer's safety is paramount, where we enable our customers to find and buy anything online, and where we ensure that we maintain and enhance customer trust on Amazon, then this is your chance to be part of a challenging and strategic initiative.

We're looking for a strong Senior Product Manager - Technical to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role requires exceptional technical depth in Generative AI, as you'll partner with Applied Scientists and Engineering teams to build next‑generation AI‑powered compliance and safety solutions. You should also possess the ability to influence people across the organization from tech leadership to business managers by creating win‑win solutions, and the desire to be an individual contributor driving Amazon's next generation of AI‑powered safety technology.

This role will report into the global product team that enables Trustworthy shopping experience at Amazon and ensures Safety and Compliance across Amazon stores. A primary focus of this role is defining the product strategy and roadmap for GenAI applications that automate compliance workflows, enhance decision‑making accuracy, and scale our safety operations globally. You will work closely with Applied Scientists to evaluate LLM capabilities, design human‑in‑the‑loop (HITL) systems, and establish AI governance frameworks that ensure responsible deployment of AI models in high‑stakes compliance scenarios.

This role is inherently cross‑functional—the professional will work closely with various partner teams across Amazon including Applied Science, Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Safety and Compliance to bring AI‑powered products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our existing tech products and features. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer‑focused, technically sophisticated in AI/ML domains, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines while managing complex stakeholder alignment.

You should be passionate about retail, supply chain, consumer business, and building meaningful AI‑powered products that transform how Amazon ensures customer safety at scale. Prior experience working in product management for AI/ML products, managing GenAI roadmaps, and working in retail or supply chain environments is preferred.
