Job summary

Amazon in Bengaluru seeks a Product Manager for the Profit Intelligence team to shape the future of our customer experience by blending design thinking with data insights and strategic product development.

You will design and deliver customer-obsessed experiences, build sophisticated interfaces for complex financial products, and work with finance and tech teams to optimize unit economics across Amazon Stores.

The Profit Intelligence team is on a journey to build something new! We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to shape the future of our customer experience. In this role, you'll combine innovative design thinking with business acumen to create compelling products that revolutionize how people discover, interact, and deep dive unit level economics. You will combine strategic thinking with exceptional craft and pixel-perfect execution. In this role, you'll create sophisticated user interfaces and experiences, while maintaining the highest standards of visual design excellence.

You will play a crucial role in shaping Amazon's customer experience in this space, creating innovative solutions that transform how customers manage their businesses. Your work will directly influence our strategy and contribute to significant business growth.

You'll transform complex journeys into seamless experiences, define best-in-class experiences that push boundaries, create stunning UI, and conduct research that drives industry-leading solutions. Join us in designing the next generation of financial software to manage Amazon's Worldwide Consumer Business.

A day in the life (example)

1. Review PRFAQ with senior leaders
2. Define product requirements for a new feature
3. Defend UX decisions and approach to stakeholders and customers
4. Dive deep an escalation with regards to existing functionality
5. Provide updates for a QBR/MBR
6. Analyze data to quantify impact from a recently launched feature

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
