Overview

Client: One of the most profitable fintech companies in India with an AUM of 10,000cr+ and a diverse portfolio of lending products.

Core Role: To increase operational productivity by digitising the internal workflow across sales, finance, risk and compliance. This is an SPM role reporting to the AVP Product.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders across all functions like sales, risk, operations, finance, engineering etc.
• Plan and execute the GTM strategy for the next phase of the organisation's growth.
• Integrate compliance based automation based on regulatory parameters by RBI
