Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution for AWIPL — Amazon's only 1P retail entity for B2B in India. AWIPL exists to solve a fundamentally hard problem: the tools and playbooks that power Amazon's B2C businesses were never designed for the B2B operating model.
This is a zero-to-one product role. You will not inherit a mature product with an established tech stack. You will define what needs to be built, work with stakeholders for prioritization across 20+ cross-functional partner teams, write the BRDs and PRFAQs that make the business case, and own delivery end-to-end across multiple concurrent initiatives
AWIPL serves two distinct B2B customer segments: SSR customers (small sole proprietors and independent retailers) and CPS customers (large enterprises like Infosys procuring at scale). Each segment has different selection, pricing, fulfillment, and credit requirements, and neither is adequately served by existing Amazon B2C tooling. You will close that gap at the foundational level
The role carries broad scope and senior leadership visibility. You will present weekly to leadership team, align stakeholders across organizations, and operate in an environment where every product decision has a direct, measurable impact
