Onething is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences across industries. You’ll lead research, define flows, and craft interfaces that are functional, elegant, and user-first, mentoring junior designers and collaborating with co-founders and clients.

You’ll champion design systems, accessibility, and scalable UI patterns, while balancing timely delivery in a fast-paced, agile product environment. This role offers creative impact and growth within a design-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful and effective digital products.
• A strong portfolio that reflects end-to-end product thinking, UX process, and design outcomes.
• Proficiency in both UX and UI design from early wireframes to final high-fidelity visuals.
• Deep experience working with design systems, UI libraries, and component-based design.
• Fluency with tools like Figma, Miro, and usability testing platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, agile product environments.
• Ability to guide, mentor, and uplift junior team members.

• Collaborate with clients to align design outcomes with business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate insights into clear, actionable design decisions.
• Advocate for design excellence, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns.
• Define visual language, interaction states, and detailed behaviour across digital interfaces.
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and pixel-perfect implementation across platforms.
• Manage multiple projects while balancing quality and deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and design culture. Present work with confidence and drive collaborative conversations with clients and internal teams

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help define and design these experiences from the ground up. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, from understanding users and mapping flows to crafting interfaces that are functional, elegant, and user-first. You’ll work closely with clients, UX and UI designers, and co-founders to turn ideas into digital products people actually want to use. You’ll also mentor junior designers and shape how we think, build, and grow as a design team.
