Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 8–10 years of interior Fit-out experience, with 4–5 years in a Design & Build role.
• Strong knowledge of Construction & Interiors and MEP systems.
• PAN India experience mandatory.
• Professional certifications: CPSM or CSCP preferred.
• Proficiency in procurement best practices and vendor management.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or Jaggaer and other ERP systems.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead Procurement team. The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement processes for JLL's build projects, developing and implementing strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage high-value contracts, lead a team of procurement professionals, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost savings
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals
• Analyze market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions
• Implement and maintain procurement systems and technologies
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities
• Manage risk in the supply chain and develop contingency plans
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes
• Prepare and present reports on procurement performance to senior management
• Participate in budget planning and forecasting related to procurement activities
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in the interior Fit-out industry, with at least 4-5 years in a similar role within a Design & Build firm is must.
• Robust technical knowledge in both Construction & Interiors (C&I) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in handling PAN India roles is mandatory.
• Professional certifications: Such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle , Jaggaer).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Experience in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in procurement.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
• Experience in risk management related to supply chain and procurement.
• Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
