Job summary

TVS Motor in Tamil Nadu is seeking an expert technical leader to own Vehicle Interface Processor (VIP), E&E software, and embedded base software platform on automotive compute platforms. You will drive architecture, integration, and deployment for centralized compute solutions.

Responsibilities include co-design for next-gen MCUs/SoCs, autosar/safety compliance, and CAN/LIN network optimization; you will guide OTA, secure boot, CAPL validation, and service-oriented architectures.

Qualifications

• Expert leadership in vehicle interface software and embedded platforms.
• Proven AUTOSAR, SafeRTOS experience with safety standards.
• Strong background in automotive compute platforms and networking.

Responsibilities

• Champion co-design methodologies for next-gen microcontrollers/SoCs.
• Lead transition to centralized, zonal, service-oriented architectures.
• Expertise with Infineon, NXP S32G, Renesas RH850, STMicro, TI platforms.
• Configure RTE, SWC interfaces, CDD, MCAL, CAN stack, BSW modules.
• Lead network management, sleep/wake-up, error handling, bus recovery.
• Govern embedded dev using AUTOSAR and safety-certified RTOS.
• Design SOA endpoints, IPC bindings, and POSIX lifecycle management.
• Configure scheduling, concurrency, SMP/AMP, multicore locking.
• CAN, LIN, bus-load optimization and network description management.
• Implement functional safety, diagnostics, cybersecurity, SecOC.
• Perform HIL, CANoe/CANalyzer, CAPL validation/integration testing.
• Manage OTA updates, safe-state transitions and system-level debugging.
