Job Description Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform Architect
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform Architect with strong hands‑on expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will design and develop intelligent copilots, workflows, and automation solutions using modern AI technologies, prompt engineering, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copilot Studio Development
- Build, enhance, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop custom solutions using Power Automate, custom connectors, and APIs
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and external systems
2. Power Platform Development
- Design and develop Power Automate flows (Cloud and Desktop) and business process flows
- Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse
- Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and calculated columns
- Follow ALM best practices using Azure DevOps (ADO) or GitHub for solution deployment and management
3. Integrations and Connectors
- Integrate backend systems using custom connectors and Power Platform connectors
- Work with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and third‑party applications such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
- Ensure secure authentication, OAuth2/Azure AD integration, error handling, and performance management
4. Prompt Engineering and AI Applications
- Create effective prompts and instructions for AI‑powered copilots
- Use enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs for grounding AI responses
- Implement RAG and hybrid retrieval solutions when required
5. Microsoft Graph API
- Develop secure integrations with Microsoft Graph API to access and manage:
- Microsoft 365 users and groups
- Mail and calendars
- Files and drives
- Teams and channels
- Build Graph‑based automations using Power Automate and Copilot Studio
