Job summary

Neurealm Company in India seeks a Senior Power Apps Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade low-code solutions. You will modernize legacy processes and connect disparate data systems across our dental and animal health supply chains, building Canvas and Model-Driven apps and automating complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and developing inside Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and security roles.
• Pro-Dev extension skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and HTML5 for PCF components.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365) and Azure services.
• Proficient in FetchXML, OData, SQL, and Power Fx.
• Azure DevOps for automated deployments and ALM practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps for supply chain, sales and ops.
• Create advanced multi-stage cloud/desktop flows with Power Automate.

In this role, you will modernize legacy processes and connect disparate data systems across our dental and animal health supply chains. You will build high-performing Canvas and Model-Driven apps, automate complex workflows, and integrate Power Platform components with enterprise ecosystems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Azure data lakes.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Development: Design and develop complex, high-performing Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps tailored for supply chain, sales, and corporate operations.
• Workflow Automation: Create advanced, multi-stage cloud and desktop flows using Power Automate to streamline cross-departmental operations and approvals.
• Data Integration: Build secure connections and custom connectors between Power Platform and enterprise data sources, including Dataverse, SQL Server, SAP, and SharePoint.
• Governance & ALM: Implement robust Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices using Azure DevOps to manage solution deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Component Customization: Extend low-code capabilities by developing custom code components using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Apps performance, ensuring low latency and efficient delegation of large datasets.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME), guiding junior developers and establishing Power Platform governance and security standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Power Platform Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically designing and developing inside Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Data Architecture: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, including complex data modeling, security roles, and business rules.
• Pro-Dev Extension: Solid experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5 to write plugins, Web Resources, and PCF controls.
• Integration Experience: Proven experience integrating Power Platform with large ERP systems (preferably SAP or Dynamics 365) and Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Query & Database Languages: Excellent knowledge of FetchXML, OData, SQL, and Power Fx.
• DevOps/ALM: Experience managing automated deployments using Azure DevOps Power Platform Build Tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Background

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) are highly preferred.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience working within supply chain, logistics, distribution, or healthcare IT sectors is a major plus.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders in the US / North American time zones.
