Job summary

Unisys in Bengaluru is seeking a project management professional to support moderately complex initiatives for a diverse client base. You will work with client stakeholders to understand business issues and help define project plans with internal teams.

You will oversee execution activities such as requirements gathering, chartering, scope definition, planning, change control, risk management, and reporting, while guiding resource planning, cost estimation and budgeting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Experience collaborating with client stakeholders
• Ability to define project plans with internal teams

Responsibilities

• Provides project management support for moderately complex projects within a diverse client base.
• Works with client stakeholders to understand key business issues and identify where Unisys can help.
• Defines project plans / scope with internal representatives based on client needs.
• Supports project execution: requirements gathering, chartering, scope definition, planning, change control, risk management, close-out, reporting.
• Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control.
• Ensures consistent application of PM methodology, processes, tools and documentation.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities for process improvement.

• Works with client stakeholders to understand key business / process issues and identify where and how Unisys can help.
• Works with internal functional representatives to define project plans / scope based on client needs and expectations.
• Supports all aspects of project execution, including:

• Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control.
• Ensures consistent application of project management methodology, processes, tools and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
