Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking an experienced PIM/PXM specialist to develop and support Salsify and IBM PIM solutions, shaping enterprise product data models, attributes, workflows, and governance rules.

You will collaborate in Agile delivery teams, drive data enrichment, validation, and publishing, and build integrations with ERP, DAM, Salesforce, MDM, and e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on PIM modernization and AI-assisted automation to improve data quality and time-to-market.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of software engineering or enterprise application experience.
• Experience with Salsify, IBM PIM, or comparable PIM/PXM platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of product information management, product content, digital asset management, and data governance.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
